Cancellation Policy

At InKlusive Acts, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience for all participants. All bookings must be completed through the official InKlusive Acts platform. Once a booking is confirmed, participants will receive a confirmation email with details regarding the date, time, location (if applicable), and any materials or preparation required. It is the responsibility of the participant to review this information and arrive prepared. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods listed on our site. Bookings are not considered final until payment has been successfully processed. In the event of a failed transaction, the booking will be canceled automatically, and the participant will be notified. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund. InKlusive Acts reserves the right to assess each cancellation on a case-by-case basis and may offer partial refunds or credits depending on the circumstances. If a participant fails to attend a booked session without prior notice, the booking will be marked as a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. We understand that emergencies happen, and we encourage participants to contact us as soon as possible if they are unable to attend. In the rare event that InKlusive Acts must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified immediately and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. We are committed to maintaining clear communication and minimizing disruptions to our programming. By booking with InKlusive Acts, participants agree to abide by all policies outlined on our website, including our code of conduct and safety guidelines. We reserve the right to update this booking policy at any time, and any changes will be posted on our site.
